BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Room booking inquiries can be made via forms such as Contact us or Book A Room. Sending a message does not constitute your room booking has been accepted or confirmed. A reply email with the confirmation will be sent to you by our staff once the availability has been verified and you agree with our policies.
We require 10 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.

10% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes 10 days before your scheduled arrival.

50% of of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes 2 days before your scheduled arrival.

100% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes on your scheduled arrival or No show.
